Ms. Galvin is our Founder/CEO of Triumph Association, ETC., is a Sustainable School Improvement Specialist. Through her personal challenges in education to her role as school principal, Ms. Galvin has committed to transforming, reshaping, and reimagining education for students alike. Ms. Galvin is living proof of overcoming real barriers that students often face, such as her experience with homelessness while struggling to graduate from high school. Hence, Ms. Galvin has developed a teaching and leadership philosophy that endorses students receiving a holistic education and ensures that students know and believe that progression is a non-negotiable act. She believes in the now and declares that educators serve a great purpose in students’ lives. Due to this unmovable belief, Ms. Galvin strives to lead, support, and transform educators into a new mindset of “When I reach all students…” She disappointedly mulls over statements she once heard by educators such as, “If I reach one, I have done my job.”

Educational leadership comes naturally to Ms. Galvin. Her educational journey began at St. Louis Community College and progressed to the University of St. Louis, Missouri where she obtained her Bachelor of Liberal Studies Degree. Moving forward, Ms. Galvin received her Master of Science in Education Degree with a concentration in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment from Walden University. As she continued to elevate her career, she decided to pursue and receive her Educational Leadership Principal (Ed.S.). degree. She is certified to teach all core subject areas including a certification in English as a Second Language (Pre-K – 12th grade). She also had a rewarding experience serving students and educators in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). She is currently completing her dissertation for her Doctor of Education with an emphasis in Social Justice at the University of St. Louis, Missouri (2024). Equally important, Ms. Galvin is a proud alumna of Teach for America (TFA) and continues to support its vision while she provides service to others as an AmeriCorps member.

Ms. Galvin leads by example with the highest level of integrity. She is a collaborative, visionary, and supportive leader who strongly desires every child to excel in an equitable, rigorous, and supportive learning environment. She works closely with teachers, aspiring school leaders, principals, district administrators, and superintendents. Her experience and expertise cover a multitude of areas in education from student learning styles, RTI/MTSS, Professional Development (PD), organizational development, systems, budgets, and compliancy. Ms. Galvin believes that together we can do all things, faith is always over fear, and, lastly, a challenge is just another opportunity to create greatness!
